Our Test Kitchen loved the flavor of South Dakota Meat Loaf from Lauree Buus of Rapid City, but not how long it took to prepare (roughly 1-1/2 hours). To speed things up, they turned Lauree’s large meat loaf into five mini loaves and relied on the microwave for some quick cooking. The result was fantastic! Now you can dine on this great-tasting meat loaf any day of the week.
